Positive Points: Cpl. Ashren took lead for the team on this event and was very efficient giving clear orders and as always kept a cool head at all times. Cpl. Ashren was successful in finding and securing the target for extraction.
Negative Points: Still debating whether allowing the fire team to split up was the best thing to do or not. It was allowed to cover more ground as time was of the essence. As is evident by the lack of information, I am not very good at the keeping records so this will be delegated in the future to member of the fire team best suited to this task.
