Lt Viozaer's patrol was in route to their objective in the black hole region when they were confronted by Zohan (Dark Empire) and other skirmishers from the empire and returned fire until they were out numbered by the empire and did a fighting retreat back to the republic controlled base. Once the fighting retreat was started the CTA was called, reinforcements were stationed on the fleet and rapidly deployed to the Black Hole. Once all forces linked up at the republic base we moved out on foot in formation towards the cross roads in the south west of the Black Hole region near the Imperial base, Once security was established at the cross roads by flame squad lead by Cpl. Waters, saber squad lead by Sgt. Savene was ordered to move to secure the far exit from the Imperial base. Saber squad took the main force of the imperial attack as they tried to push out from their base after being surrounded, Saber squad took injury's but held their ground and pushed the assault back. After being pushed back into the Imperial base they tried to push towards the cross roads while keeping skirmishers pushing on Saber squad, the fight continued with minor injury's sustained by are forces with major casualties sustained by Imperial forces until they were forced to withdraw. Saber squad was recalled back to the cross roads where we held security to insure Black Hole region was secure, then mounted up and returned to Republic base with only minor resistance along are route. Once all squads were back to base re enforcement's were moved back to fleet in support of other missions and Lt. Viozaer took control of his patrol and moved to secure their previous objective.
