    Contact Summary:
(This trooper was not in attendance for the first half hour of this patrol. As a result, the following has been compiled from those who were in attendance during this trooper's absence.)

At 2100, Alpha Company began its routine patrol on the planet Alderaan. During the initial phase of forming up and briefing, reports from the planet's general frequency announced several enemy contacts harassing and griefing the inexperienced adventurers of the planet. As a result, Alpha Company deployed and, three minutes later, engaged the enemy outside Outpost Duvall in the Alsakan Lowlands, as well as the various roads leading to House Baliss (currently hostile to Republic forces) and Killik-infested territory. The Imperials, who fashioned themselves as an "Imperial Strike Team" and conspired to hunt and destroy inexperienced adventurers in pursuit of personal glory, attempted to add to their body count by engaging A Coy's squad. However, in a turn of events, the Imperials were not only rebuffed, but obliterated. Waves after waves of Imperials attempted to overtake the outnumbered troopers, but each ultimately fell short of attaining their goal. Eventually, with the help of Alhan of Red Brigade, Alpha Company prepared and executed ambushes on the paths the Imperials took. Finally, after an hour of conflict, the Imperials fled the area, clearly demoralized and beaten. Alpha Company departed Outpost Duvall and arrived at the hostile House Baliss, in an attempt to sweep and root out the compound of any and all opposing forces.

Upon completion of the sweep, the remaining members of the squad convened at the entrance to the house, where they were met by a suspicious being who spoke in strange terms. Words such as "aura" and references to a "Song" were made by this individual, despite the clear lack of any musical instruments or even vocal harmonization. Further adding to this strangeness was the fact that this individual was lacking a shirt and shoes, as if to portray a vagrant. However, it was quickly surmised that this individual was a Joiner (term for a humanoid who has been infested by Killik spores and other nasty contamination. No known cure other than fiery death by burning.) The half-naked man seemed to take a liking to Sgt. Mij and Cpl. Ranque, saying flowery words and usage of the term, "The Force." Conversely, as the Joiner touched the newly arrived Captain Viozaer, the flowery words were replaced by words of distaste, which the Captain took as a compliment. This trooper was ignored, which suited him fine.

After the Killik-infested human with milky-white eyes departed, A Coy investigated reports of enemy activity outside Wardpost Landa, which turned up nothing. A Coy finally completed its patrol outside Wardpost Hurne (Imperial Controlled) and were dismissed on site.

    Positive Points:
    - Alpha Company displayed high superiority over the enemy forces in areas such as skill, organization, and preparedness
    - Corporal Ranque, once again, entertained the unit with his masterful proficiency in star jumping. Many laughs were had.

    Negative Points:
    - Apart from a few breaches in protocol (most of which were corrected immediately) there are no negative points by which A Coy was involved.
    - Not enough Imperials to go around.
    - Personal negative - Writing this report has unveiled many glitches within the current holonet server, including many "Error" displays. This is the fifth draft written due to this glitch. Suggest a rewrite of the template to fit with current tech, in which this trooper graciously volunteers to perform the task.
--- Found a workaround. Used the holosite "Google Documents" to copy the above document, remove the highlight, and paste back here. Will work for now

    Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
Alpha Company performed above and beyond expectations. No recommendations.
