Enemy Encountered: <Forsaken Legion> < N/A>
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: <Marine Expeditionary Unit>
Contact Summary:
Spc Katsuma and Trooper Rak'zor responded to distress call from local republic citizens of a sith going around murdering the lower class men.
After locating and spotting the sith, Spc Kaelindin was on scene to aid in the operation. Before the sith was dealt with,she called for backup. Once the sith's friend showed up, Kaelindin and Katsuma began to explain the situation. After a short conference with the sith, the small team of Acoy members were ambushed by a Mercenary from the "Forsaken Legion" along with a local sith sorcerer. They pulled back and attempted to reestablish a neutral understanding. This however failed and again the shots were shot on both ends. Both partys called for back up. Sgt Thavious along with more Acoy members showed up, negotiations were established. After a small lack of information from our negotiator, yet another attack from the enemy ensued. After the small confrontation, Acoy established a line out side of Zaroshe. The stand off lasted around 20 minutes before Acoy fell back to Thorzan. The Enemy followed and attacked, Acoy launched a counter attack and pushed the enemy back to Zaroshe. Once back on the line, we kept the enemy at bay for 15 minutes before First sergeant gave the order to fall back and return to the guild ship.

Miss communication on both ends.
Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
A few members should take the time and get information and basic skills down. The situation could have been avoided. Better communication of the situation next time would help on majority on subjects within a situation like this.
