Significant 2.5 issue

After pressing PLAY on the Launcher, the screen blinks off, then back on, then back off in an infinate loop of the video driver trying to work. I snagged the error message of "display driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered" between shutoffs. This has been happening to those on Win7 64-bit with AMD HD video cards. Ctrl+Alt+Del stopps the loop and makes it work, as does alt+tabbing out right after pressing Play.

This happened to me in the middle of reinstalling today. Was playing another game then alt tabbed to check on progress. Blinky blink. Working on fix right now.
