Contact Summary:
Around 0200 hours, a small group of Alpha Company troopers arrived at Outpost Thorazan to deal with two Imperials who were preying on lower levels. The team drove them off quickly and invaded Outpost Zaroshe to press the attack. After ten to twenty minutes in the base, a large number of Imperial reinforcements arrived, and after some fighting, managed to push the team out. Alpha Company regrouped at Outpost Thorazan as an Imperial force twice their size gathered at the entrance. While at a great disadvantage, the team continually engaged them, returning to the battle immediately if incapacitated. The Imperial force was whittled down one by one until they finally broke and fled, at which point our team gave chase and eliminated what was left of their number. The Imperial force regrouped and returned, but Alpha Company was joined by reinforcements that included Jun'lar and a few Jedi. The Imperial forces were driven back again to Zaroshe. The opposition soon began to dwindle until only a few Imperials were left hiding inside their outpost. The company finally traveled back to Thorazan, where they were formed up and dismissed by Cpt. Viozaer.

Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
We worked well together and defeated a superior force through good coordination - and we didn't even have to hole up inside Thorazan. Recommend that our lower-level or ungeared troopers continue participating in these events and skirmishes, as there is a lot to be learned from each one. Sure, you're not going to be effective as someone who is level 55 + fully geared, and you'll die a lot; but 1) you can still be useful (Jaig certainly was!), and 2) by the time you're actually up to level and geared, you'll already be familiar with how we do things in world PvP situations.

Positive Points:
- We drove the Imperials away from Thorazan despite our smaller numbers (without hiding behind guards, I might add).
- It was good to see Republic players coming to reinforce us when called on.
Negative Points:
- As soon as the Republic force was comparable in number to theirs, the Imperials mostly refused to engage – apparently they only wanted to fight as long as they vastly outnumbered us.
Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
