    Event Summary:
At the beginning of this event, CPL Andriss and SPC Victus were in Outlaw's Den on Tatooine, digging for speeder parts. A few hostiles were sighted in the area, and SPC Darkstar and TPR Rodarch soon arrived to provide backup. After a few minor skirmishes, the Imperials retreated to their base. Joined by some reinforcements, the troopers infiltrated Outpost Zaroshe and took up a defensive position inside the hut at the back of the base. The Imperials (despite much infighting) managed to muster additional forces to drive Alpha Company out of the outpost but constantly failed, falling repeatedly to the concentrated fire of the small force. Alpha Company held the position for about two hours before the Imperials finally attacked with enough numbers to necessitate a retreat to Outpost Thorazan.

Alpha Company regrouped, and before the enemy force arrived at Thorazan, successfully flanked them and sent them running back to Zaroshe again. The squad then advanced to the hill outside Outpost Zaroshe where several battles took place. Despite the opposition having double the numbers (if not more), Alpha Company held the position successfully for a long time; the Imperials would continually run out of their base only to be incapacitated again. Retreats to Thorazan were much rarer in comparison. The Imperials finally approached 1LT Decker and attempted to negotiate, apparently tired of the constant fighting. The Imperial “envoys” were, however, incoherent for the most part, and CPT Galaar concluded that it was a waste of time. Satisfied with the successful invasion and the repeated defeats of the Imperial forces on Tatooine, the squad returned to the Torik.

    Positive Points:

    - Gave the Imps a sound beating despite being outnumbered.
    - Effective teamwork for the most part.

    Negative Points:

    - Questionable attempt at RP. Some RP would have been nice, but the execution was... lacking, to say the least.
    - Occasional rabbiting / scattering made us less effective at times. Need to also work on focusing damage.

    Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
It was mentioned recently (by Victus) that we should remind the Empire that ACOY could be hiding around the corner at any point. We definitely gave them that reminder—during the skirmishes at Outlaw's Den, as well as with the flanking maneuver later on. This was also a good example of how we fight--as a unified team. As we proved over and over, that unified team is capable of taking on much larger numbers of disorganized enemies. At the same time, occasional slips were made that diminished our effectiveness. This is something we need to keep working on, whether one happens to be calling out targets or following the calls.
