    Contact Summary:
The Patrol Squad arrived at the Alpha Company Training Grounds on the fourth moon of Yavin at 1700 hours. Sgt. Eos lead a briefing of the planned patrol for the Patrol Squad. With all troopers updated with: routes, gear, ammunition and intel, the Squad headed to the rendezvous point at Alcove Camp. The Squad ran a double column throughout the Training Grounds Zone. As the Squad headed east towards the Swamp-Lands only Revanite followers were seen in the distance, no altercations occurred. In the Swamp-Lands, the Squad saw no suspicious characters or known enemies of the Republic. The Squad rested briefly at the Republic Forward Camp in the Swamp-Lands as Sgt. took in considerations of Cpl. Derzis to switch the formation to a single column. This benefitted the Squad, as they entered narrow tunnels to the north-west of the zone.

There was not much activity for the Patrol Squad prior to entering the Temple Ruins. Several Massassi beasts attacked the the Squad the East of the Temple Ruins. No casualties. The Squad approached the Temple doorsteps. There, awaited a collection of Imperial sympathizers looking to antagonize the Squad. Squad members formed a strong defensive line to protect its ranged gunslinger and commando. Briefly, the the enemy attacked the Squad, only to be repelled through great communication and teamwork. No casualties for the 203rd. Several warriors dressed as Sith attempted to converse with the Squad only for small fights to break out between Alpha Company and their collection of warriors. Once the enemy looked tired and withered, the Patrol Squad departed from the Temple Ruins.

The Patrol Squad returned to the Alpha Company Training Ground planetside for a post-conference. The briefing was short with all troopers being mentioned for their support and courage to put their lives out on the line once again. Yavin lV will be patrolled again.
    Positive Points:
    • We had a full Squad Unit ready for the patrol.
    • Everyone was in proper attire for the patrol.
    • Role-Play briefing (pre-patrol and post-conference) ran smoothly.
    • Double column was held pretty good when it was utilized, troopers reformed quickly when the line broke.
    • Single column formation was held good for most of the patrol. Great to see us in formation on foot.
    • Formation during our brief confrontation was held well. The Squad held their line, protecting Sgt. Nakari and myself.
    • Calls were executed well. Troopers understood the targets to focus on and responded to each call quickly.
    • No one during our fights got flustered, we all did our part.
    • Recon lead by 1Sg Kj’Vago, provided excellent information for us as we marched on the patrol. His experienced was valued and appreciated.
    Negative Points:
    • Comm channel chatter got a little loud midway through the patrol, lets continue to improve on this and not forget chatter is not a priority over calls and orders.
    • Recon was left stranded a few times, as a leader, I should make better use of recon with directions and orders so that recon intel can be used effectively to promote the safety of the patrol.
    • Stealth scans were not used well. We have to make better use of our scans when on the move and when in stasis.
    • The RP with the Imperials was not productive in anyway. Unfortunately after a small fight, nothing of worth came out of it
Overall Assessment and Recommendation: Overall I had a lot of fun leading my first patrol. Honestly it’s been a great weekend to be promoted to the rank that i’ve wanted since prior to joining ACoy and then leading the first event after the Company Briefing. Now as far as the event itself, we did start a little late, but that wasn’t a big deal. We were able to get rp going prior to the patrol itself and begin the actual patrol in a timely manner.
    Medals of Service:
Those listed in attendance, I’d to recommend them for the Legion of Combat Medal, for their excellent teamwork out on the field. Everyone respected each call and acted as a unit.
