    Contact Summary:
We arrived on Quesh with the intent of settling the duel with Thrivaldi that had been arranged as a ploy to buy time for Blaake Henries to escape the New Era on Nar Shaddaa several weeks back. As we got to the chosen location we discovered that Thrivaldi was not there but instead a sith named Gronled who was to be his second. Gronled seemed unaware of the reason for Thrivaldi’s absence and when the time came for the duel itself he called in a second of his own to fight in his place. Truly, cowardice must run strong among sith.

The chosen champion and Kjvago faced off and dueled. The champion won the first duel by forfeit due to over eager Republic troops who interferred. Kjvago won the second duel and the Champion won the third. As the combatants left the field, Gronled gave the order for the Imperials to attack. The surprise attack and the Imperial numbers overcame the experienced Republic troops. The troops regrouped and headed out to meet the enemy again and were overcome yet again.

After reorganizing the troops the 203rd headed out and maneuvered carefully towards the imperials and lured them out of the canyon. The ill disciplined Imperials charged in one at a time, and one at a time they were dispatched. After this first victory, we moved to cross a bridge and find an alternate route to the opposite side of the canyon. No route was to be found so the troops moved carefully in a single line along the cliff face at the top of the canyon before dropping down at the other side.

There we moved South toward the Imperial Spaceport while pursued by the Imperial force. We led them into the swamps looking for good ground upon which to turn around and fight, however in the back line the Imperials caught up and attacked SPC Eroca. We all turned around and fought to save our sister in arms. Our ground was chosen for us. Despite these unfavorable conditions, the long chase had drawn the Imperial formation out as the faster of them pulled ahead and the slower fell behind. So, even though the ground was chosen for us, the Imperials had attacked us while unprepared and suffered for it.

After winning the engagement in the swamps, we cut a retreat South and took a highly defensible hill where we stood our ground. Again and again, the Imperials fell upon us and again and again we rebuffed them. Until the Imperials cut their losses and fled the planet.

We made our way back to the Republic Spaceport where we formed up to dismiss, but the dismissal was interrupted as Headmistress Violet-sky of Chorba Intelligence Academy and one of her students approached. They had come to give us forewarning of an impending attack on Belsavis. They handed over a datapad that contained the plans for Thrivaldi and the New Era’s attack on the prison planet and the prison break of Seneschal Hrokkvir...

    Positive Points:
    A good turnout.
Aradow has improved as a ghost since last time

    Negative Points:
Some last minute changes on Imperial side

Overall Assessment and Recommendation: Alpha Company did a great job this day. You listened to orders, maneuvered well and your focus fire was on point. Some last minute changes on Impside happened as Hrokkvir/Thrivaldi lost internet and had to arrange for a replacement, this resulted in lower quality RP, and a rushed recruitment of WPvP opponents for us by Gronled. The Imperials left this event dissatisfied and with an overabundance of sodium.

Grade "A" application of moving as a single fighting force troopers. See now why we don't rabbit and always ensure we maintain our formations. Good job all.
