  • (01|30|12) [AAR: Combat Patrol: Tatooine]

    Planet: TatooineFormation Size: 7 (initally 4)
    Troops in Formation: Kontraz, Kells, Ryjack, Glave (later joined by Alrek, Qorbin and Edon)
    Areas Patrolled: Dune Sea
    Enemy Encountered: 10+ (mostly members of Friendly/Neutral Encountered: 3 Members of that aided in hunting down ImperialsPositive Points: We worked together well and were able to take out groups with greater numbers and higher levels. Initially we were able to handle groups of equal levels in 6 vs 4 matches. Later the imperials summoned a level 50, at which point Captain Qorbin was asked for his aid. With his help, we were able to take down that group twice, both initially and after again after they regrouped with a second level 50 player from . When the imperials brought in their third level 50 player, we requested the help of Major Alrek, yet we were unable to locate their patrol again. We did find them a while later (though many of their group had dispersed) and showed them who really controlled the planet!
    Negative Points: We need to get better at staying in formation. Whenever we started to wander apart was when we started to get picked off. Focusing our defenses together and choosing targets as a group will make battles that much easier. We could also use a few combat medics.on a side note: there were times we were calling for help in both guild chat as well as general. Some guilded players completely ignored the requests without any sort of response, and don't seem very active in the guild at all. There aid would have been much appreciated, especially when it was only a small group of us fighting against a larger force.
